ARCSA's "Accredited Professional" Workshops are open to the public and any industry professional interested in pursuing greater understanding of rainwater harvesting. The workshop is required for those seeking ARCSA Accredited Professional (AP) designation. This two-day course provides an in-depth review of rainwater harvesting design and installation; outdoor and in-home rainwater use; sanitation for potable uses; rules, regulations, guidelines and restrictions; business management; project planning; site and installation safety; and system construction and maintenance. Lunch is provided. Attendees should bring a simple calculator or be adept at mental mathematics.
This workshop fulfills the requirement for non-LEED specific CEUs in the Water Management category of the LEED Credential Maintenance Program. It may also count toward the categories of: Project Site Factors; Project Systems and Energy Impacts; as well as Acquisition, Installation and Management of Project Materials.
Those interested in applying for designation as an ARCSA Accredited Professional must attend the workshop, become a member of ARCSA, submit an application, pay the Administration and Examination fee ($150) and pass the exam.
ARCSA Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received two weeks prior to the start of an event will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellation requests received after that deadline. Credits for future events will not be granted in lieu of refund. In lieu of cancelling, you may choose to substitute another person for your registration for a $20 processing fee.
ARCSA reserves the right to make changes to event programs and speakers and/or to cancel events due to circumstances beyond its control. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if an event is cancelled. ARCSA's liability for a cancelled event is limited to the refund of the program fee only. By registering for an event, the registrant signifies his or her acceptance of this policy.
