The American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association (ARCSA), BARRETT Pumps and ASPE (American Society of Plumbing Engineers, San Diego Chapter, are pleased to offer a comprehensive Rainwater Catchment Accredited Professional training course
AP two day workshop Wednesday & Thursday, Friday October 8&9, 2014
This two day AP-level workshop is an in-depth rainwater-harvesting course required for those seeking ARCSA Accredited Professional (AP) status. This course provides attendees with knowledge for rainwater harvesting, both active and passive design and installation for both outdoor and in-home rainwater use; sanitation for potable uses; rules and regulations, guidelines and restrictions; business management; project planning; site and installation safety; and system construction and maintenance. The course will follow the Texas A&M University “Rainwater Harvesting Planning” manual, which is included in the course tuition. Larger commercial systems will also be covered.
With the ongoing water crisis in California, our workshops are focusing on California so we can provide the tools to build your own “reservoirs”. We hope to see many from Southern California but attendees are welcome from anywhere.
You can’t use it if you don’t store it.
Sign up early to ensure seating. Lunch is provided both days.
Tuition is $395.00. If you want to become an accredited Professional, (AP) there is an additional $150.00 testing fee and ARCSA membership is required
You can register on the ARCSA web page at www.arcsa.org
