Jack Schultz P.E. is a Southwest Region ARCSA representative. A long time Accredited Professional member - his many-faceted career in construction, experimental physics, and engineering design helps provide ARCSA members with guidance and advice on the many technical and political issues arising with the rapid growth of the rainwater catchment industry. A current special interest is seismic design requirements for rainwater systems - from both technical and regulatory perspectives. A graduate of the University of Chicago, he is a registered Professional Engineer in California in both the Mechanical and Civil disciplines, and has been a licensed general and an engineering contractor for many years.
