This class is a prerequisite program for the ASSE Series #21120 Rainwater Catchment Systems Designers Certifications.

 

This two-day professional workshop is an in-depth rainwater harvesting course that qualifies for the 16 hours of rainwater catchment training required to sit for the certification exam.

 

The Exam:

If you would like to take the ASSE Certification exam for certification while on site, you will have the opportunity to take the exam the last hour of the workshop. Or if you are taking multiple workshops, you will be given the opportunity to take the exam Friday afternoon. When you register, please make sure you add the exam to your registration. For each workshop you wish to take and become Certified in, you will need to pay for the exam for each one. PLEASE Be Aware, in order to qualify for Certification you need to Document 2 to 3 years experience in installing rainwater catchment, plumbing, piping, irrigation or related piping systems. 

 

About the Class:

 

This course provides attendees with knowledge for rainwater harvesting, both active and passive, design for both outdoor and in-home rainwater use, sanitation for potable uses, rules and regulations, guidelines, business management, project planning, site planning and installation, safety, system construction and maintenance. The course tuition includes the new ARCSA Rain Harvesting Manual, which has been expanded to include all of North America.
