2 DAY Rainwater Workshop

Oct. 13-14 2014 (NOTE CHANGE OF DATE)

San Luis Obispo, CA 93401

This two day AP-level workshop is an in-depth rainwater-harvesting course required for those seeking ARCSA Accredited Professional (AP) status. This course provides attendees with knowledge for rainwater harvesting, both active and passive, design and installation for both outdoor and in-home rainwater use; sanitation for potable uses; rules and regulations, guidelines; business management; project planning; site and installation safety; and system. Restrictions, and system construction and maintenance.

Considering the water crisis in California, we will focus on central and southern California coast and coast range. We hope to see residents of Paso Robles, Los Osos, Cayucos, Morro Bay, Cambria,  and San Luis Obispo attend as you folks live in water “islands” meaning you don’t have access to the other California water projects

This course will deal with residential, irrigation and larger commercial installations. The course will follow the Texas A&M University "Rainwater Harvesting Planning” manual, which is included in the course tuition.
