Poster Session Guidelines

For those like your friendly scribe who did not know, Wikipedia defines a "Poster Session" as the presentation of research information by an individual or representatives of research teams at a congress or conference with an academic or professional focus. ARCSA will offer such an opportunity during the conference. Posters will highlight case studies or research information by project managers or system owners.

Examples of Posters:

  • Case Studies and practical application and installations
  • Rainwater catchment systems
  • Integrated rainwater catchment for potable uses
  • Catchment for irrigation in conjunction with rain garden and stormwater
  • Research in water use trends
  • Ground and surface water availability – locally and worldwide
  • Other issues related to rainwater catchment

  • Format: 2’ x 3’ "hard copy” format.
  • You may wish to laminate your poster if you wish to use again. Push pins, or other method for display, will be provided.
  • Entries should be removed Thurs before noon. Any poster left after noon will be recycled.
  • Poster submittal is a part of the conference registration fee. In addition to the hard copy, you may submit an electronic copy to be posted ARCSA Conference website.
  • Submittal must be by conference attendee directly associated with the case study.
  • Poster presentations will be limited to a total of 30, and set up will be Monday evening September 26.
