The American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association ("ARCSA”) Annual Membership Meeting will be held on September 29, 2011 in Clackamas, OR, at the Monarch Hotel and Conference Center, 12566 SE 93rd Avenue, Clackamas, OR, 97015 starting at 10:30 AM PDT. The purpose of the Membership Meeting is to conduct elections of the Board of Directors for those Directors whose terms have expired and to discuss other business of the Corporation with the Membership.

Members who are in good standing on August 15, 2011 are eligible to vote in the 2011 Board of Directors election. The nominees for this year’s election are presented below. Biographical information of this year’s nominees is located on the ARCSA 2011 Annual Membership Meeting & Election page of ARCSA’s website in the About ARCSA section. Members may vote for a maximum of five (5) nominees for the Board of Directors.

4. Jack Holmgreen
5. Billy Kniffen
6. Charlee Myers
7. Ramiro Ortiz
8. Tim Pope
9. Doug Pushard
10. Neal Shapiro

Members have four (4) methods in which you can cast your vote. The first is through ARCSA’s Electronic Voting System. Members with valid email addresses will receive an email and be able to vote electronically between September 6, 2011 and September 27, 2011. Check your email for subject "2011 Election for the ARCSA Board of Directors". The second method is with a mail-in ballot for those Members who do not receive an electronic ballot. The mail-in ballot is due on or before September 28, 2011. The third method is to cast your vote in person at the Annual Membership Meeting. The fourth method is through the use of a Proxy form if the Member is unable to attend the Annual Membership Meeting.

If you vote using the first or second method above, you have the opportunity to modify your vote during the election at the Annual Membership Meeting.
