Purpose of catchment (household reuse, landscaping, etc): All household water


Describe the catchment and collection system, including total capacity (please include brands and suppliers as well as associated costs if available): System is collecting from a 2200 Sq Ft rooftop.


Conveyance: Conveyance from five downspouts to filter is 4 and 6” S-40. System utilizes a Wisy™ Vortex 150 for roof washing and pre-storage filtration.


Storage: Water is stored in a 2500 gal, underground, Den Hertog, low profile, tank. Water enters the tank through a Wisy™ smoothing inlet and exits through a Wisy™ floating filter intake.


Delivery and treatment (if any): Water is pressurized to the house using a submersible pump. Treatment is through a 4.5” x 20” 5 micron (absolute) sediment filter followed by a 4.5” x 20” 5 micron carbon block filter followed by a Triton, 12 GPM, UV disinfecting system.


Special features: System includes a liquid level indicator.
